Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:

• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
• The item received is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Used or worn leather products.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
• Clearance or final-sale items unless they are defective.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Exchanges

We will replace defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, subject to product availability.
